What counts as a record?
One document in a collection. A JSON blob with a key. If you put_doc 5,000 entries, you've used 5,000 records.
What's the 30-day retention on Free?
Documents older than 30 days get auto-deleted on the Free plan. Pro and Team keep everything forever.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Pro and Team include CSV/JSON export. The Free plan can still pull data out via the MCP API; bulk export is a paid feature.
Why is Team a flat fee instead of per-seat?
Small teams shouldn't have to do arithmetic. $39 buys five seats. Need more? Email us.
How is this different from Claude's built-in memory?
Claude's memory is per-conversation, Claude-only, and you can't see or edit it. nolyo is cross-session, cross-model, and the entire store is visible as plain rows you control.
